All measurements shall be taken between the outermost projection of the appliance and surrounding structure or property line after the appliance has been installed. Ventilated space — a space where there is an csa-b1449.1-05 change by means of natural ventilation or mechanical means, or where the space communicates with the rest of the structure by means of permanent openings.
